Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered

3. Conditions for Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Customer must provide the order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept refunds or returns for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference, including scent preference
  • Minor differences in fragrance, as perfume may react differently on each individual
  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition

5. Shipping & Delivery

Bellabloom is not responsible for courier delays or delivery issues beyond our control. We are also not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

However, we will assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5 to 10 working days
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method
